How It All Began…
John Ha and Daniel Han became good friends in high school in Queens, New York. Both being Korean-American who moved to the U.S. in their youth, they soon started getting along very well.
After high school, they took different paths in life- John joining the military and Daniel attending school to become a programmer.
John decided to go to school as well after he got out of the US Army and majored in Criminal Justice. He then applied for a position as an agent and made it to the final stage of the process, however, they decided not to hire anyone that year and this encouraged John to go in a completely different direction and succeed in this new field: education.
He then relocated to Korea and succeeded in sending many students to the U.S. who were willing to learn English. Although there were ups and downs during his time in Korea, he managed to get a reputation as a young successful recruiter among local school officials and agencies. Naturally, he began to consider starting his own agency to continue help students from all over the world and often discussed his new goals with his old buddy Daniel. During these countless talks, it came up that John was seeking a partner for his business and Daniel simply said “Why not we do it together?” and this is how it all started for H2EC, Inc.
Our Goals
H2EC Inc is located in Manhattan, New York City, USA. We are seeking for students who want to study abroad, or are looking to attend college abroad. We are also building a community with Asian countries such as Japan, China, Thailand, and Korea. We focus on forming a truly global network, a network that doesn’t end with a short language course through regular meetings. Global Networking Network established through studying in New York is continuing to provide support after studying abroad instead of returning to your country after studying in the United States.
H2EC Inc. has become your assistant to your successful study abroad life, from the time you step foot in the United States to the moment you return to your country. We will become your study assistant in New York where culture is gathered from all over the world, not just a study abroad life. We promise to be a guide to studying in the United States, where all the education and multidisciplinary professionals can become your mentor.
